Multi-faceted, Multi-use
This multi-use detention facility on a public school property was designed to reduce peak runoff rates to address residential flooding issues while fostering inter-local entity relationships.
Seeing the Big Picture
This option incorporated park elements such as trails, sport courts and soccer fields, ADA access ramps, security fencing, water quality devices and maintenance planning. This project illustrates our “big picture” vision, as the solution catered to that of the entire watershed in addition to mutually benefiting all stakeholders.
