Meticulous Preparation
Engineering services included preparation of civil engineering plans for paving, grading, drainage and utility improvements. A layout plan was developed to accommodate a maximum amount of parking around the existing building to help overcome a shortage.
Coordinated Compliance
Due to the renovation of the building, four non-accessible entries had to be retrofitted to pass current ADA regulations. Intricate staircases and ramp configurations within limited space were utilized to meet standards. Additional coordination with the City of Fort Worth and TxDOT was required to permit the site driveways due to their close proximity to surrounding intersections.
