High School Diploma or equivalent.

Minimum two years of field experience as a party chief working on land development, commercial and residential subdivisions.

Able to demonstrate an established career in land surveying specific to land development and construction projects.

Ability to do field reconnaissance of a site. Searching for property corners, set up and traverse control for a field survey, have a good knowledge of reading construction plans and setting and checking property monument position on a daily basis.

The Party Chief will have knowledge of: boundary surveys, topographic surveys, land survey plats, subdivision plats, construction staking, ALTA surveys, leveling, traversing, GPS, total stations and data collectors.

Position requires working 40 hour weeks with overtime, as required.
